FAQ

Start with the essentials.

These answers are general guidance. Where a plan's own published terms differ, those terms apply.

How do I open an account?

Register with your email address, complete the short onboarding questions, and verify your identity to the level your intended activity needs. You can look around before verifying; you will need it before money can move.

How do I add money to my account?

Go to Deposit and pick a funding method. Automatic methods confirm the payment themselves. Manual methods give you payment details to send to, and ask you to upload proof; the deposit is credited once it has been checked.

What is the difference between the Funding and Earnings wallets?

The Funding wallet holds money you have deposited and is what you invest from. The Earnings wallet collects returns, staking rewards and referral commission as they are paid.

How do investment plans work?

Each plan states a minimum and maximum amount, a return, how often that return is paid, and how long the term runs. You choose an amount inside the range, and the plan pays on the schedule shown until it matures.

What is staking?

Staking locks an amount for a fixed period in exchange for rewards paid at a stated rate. The stake is released when the lock period ends. Some plans let you unlock early for a penalty.

What is an investment pool?

A pool collects contributions from many customers towards one target. Once the funding window closes the capital is locked for the term, and the return is shared in proportion to what each customer put in.

How do I withdraw?

Go to Withdrawals, choose a method, and enter the amount and the details of where you want the money sent. Requests are reviewed before the payout is made, and the amount is held in your wallet meanwhile.

Why do you need my identity documents?

Verification confirms the person behind an account, which protects you from someone else using your identity and is required almost everywhere a platform holds money on a customer's behalf. What each level asks for is listed on the verification page.
