Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Invest website at https://invest.demotunde.com and the services offered through it (the "Platform"), operated by Invest ("we", "us", "our"). They form a binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts where you live.
• You must not use the Platform where doing so is against the law that applies to you.
• The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You may hold only one account, and you are responsible for everything done with it. Keep your password, PIN and verification codes private.
• We may ask you to verify your identity (see our AML and KYC Policy) and may limit your account until you do.

Each investment plan, staking plan and investment pool shows its own terms (amount range, term or lock period, return structure, payout schedule and any fees) before you participate. Those product terms form part of these Terms. Returns shown are product terms or estimates and are not guaranteed. Read our Risk Disclosure before you invest.

• Deposits are credited once the payment is confirmed. Manual payments may need review.
• Withdrawals are paid to the destinations you add to your account and may be reviewed before they are processed. Security holds, verification requirements and minimum or maximum amounts may apply.
• Fees and limits are shown on our Fees page and before you confirm a transaction.

You must not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing or any unlawful purpose; use another person's account or identity; interfere with the Platform's security or operation; or use automated tools to access it without our permission.

We may suspend, restrict or close an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, where the law requires it, or to protect you, other users or the Platform. You may close your account at any time once any open positions have ended and your balances have been withdrawn.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses, indirect or consequential losses, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network failures and third-party payment providers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
